Dini'la laughed as Gor made the feeble attempt to kick him and missed. He stepped back away from his father and walked backward toward the end of the hall. "Sithspit!" he cursed as he neared the end and turned for the the external door.

Gor let his son leave and lay there on the floor for awhile recovering. When he felt slightly better he made his way into the living room and collapsed into his chair. He glanced at the chrono and groaned, he was still on his lunch break and had to be back at the office soon. "Of all the stupid things... Kriffing kid!" he thought. He lay a while longer before he found a comm unit and called his secretary. He told her he wouldn't be coming in that afternoon because of a family emergency. In reality he was to sore to sit at his desk for another four hours. He hadn't thought his son could hit that hard. He lay there thinking about it and admitting to himself that he had been rather stupid in the situation until he fell asleep.

Gor groaned as he woke up the next morning. The argument that had ensued when his wife came home was expanation enough as to why he was in his chair that morning. He got up and went to ready himself for work the whole time getting the cold shoulder from his wife, whom was adamantly ignoring him. He knew she would forgive him soon, but it was right pain until then. She loved they're son dearly and seemed to believe that the little miscreant could do no wrong. He finished getting into his suit and took his morning vitamins before heading out of the apartment. As he hadn't gone back to the office yesterday he was sure that today would have more work than normal for him to do.
