Tatooine

[Heero Treys]

"I guess, what do you want to do about her?" he asked as he finished off his own drink.  
"Ten force users could be a bit of a stretch even for us. We could bomb it." he suggested 

[Thera Quyen]

"Keep her for now, she might prove to be of use to us later." Thera watched the twi'lek warily, a look of barely concealed disgust on her face. "We could bomb it, but then how will we find out the information they have? I don't think they'll be as nice as Darth Traya was about leaving us a message in the ruins."[/font][/size]

[Heero Treys]

"I guess your right, okay well of to the desert it is. Come on, Star'aven. Time to earn your keep." he laugh as he headed back to his ship.

[Thera Quyen]

Thera followed the duo silently, her hands resting on the hilts of her lightsabers, watching the new Sith warily. She didn't trust the twi-lek, but she wasn't ready to kill her just yet either. Maybe in time... but not now.[/font][/size]

[Heero Treys]

When they got back to his ship Heero opened the enty ramp, R9 was there waiting.  
"Not staying R9. Make up another room for when we get back." he said as he walked to his weapons locker and began going through it.  
"So Thera, what are we going to do? Kill them all but one? Try doing this with out force?" he said as he loaded his six shooter slug throwers

[Thera Quyen]

"Try to spare the guy in charge, they should have the information we need." Watching Heero for a minute, she slumped against the wall, arms crossed over her chest, one eyebrow arched in mute commentary on the situation. "Try not to get too attached to your new little pet. The first sign of trouble from her and I'll kill her myself."[/font][/size]

[Heero Treys]

"Yeah don't worry, I suspect she will try and kill me soon. She has the right motivation to stay on the dark path. And every time she tries I'll beat her down and tell her to try again. Now if she betrays the mission I'll kill her myself. I have my rep to think about after all." he said as he holstered his guns and grabbed both of his light sabers. As he clipped them to his belt he added  
"Aren't you being a bit territorial?" as he grabbed a few containers of water and a few ration bars and threw them into a pack along with some medical supplies.  

[Thera Quyen]

"I still don't trust her," Thera replied simply, ignoring the jibe as she kicked at the nearest container, managing not to do much more than make her foot hurt and scatter a few little dust nerfs. "IF you think I'm attached to you you're sadly mistaken."[/font][/size]

[Heero Treys]

"That sounds more like you're trying to convince yourself more then anything." he said as he walked to the rear hatch.  
"Either way it does not matter. We can use these to get there  bit faster. I only have three though." he said as he pulled a tarp down that was covering part of a wall.  
"There as old as the ship." he said as he rubbed his bio-mechanical hand across the handle bars of one of the speeder bikes.

[Thera Quyen]

"I'm a fighter pilot, bikes are no big deal." She still ignored his comments on the twi'lek, they'd both get theirs eventually she was certain. "Are you sure your little friend can fly one?"[/font][/size]

[Heero Treys]

"Any one that can't fly one should not be on this planet." he said as he turned to face Thera.  
"Tatooine is a harsh planet and there are two ways to get around. One is on foot and those who do that end up dead nine times out of ten. Then there are speeders and bikes. And if she can't then I guess it's time to learn." he said as Star'aven walked in the the hold.  
"Good timing, Star. you know how to ride right?" he asked  
"Yes, I do." she said as she kept a wary eye on Thera.  
"So, when do you want to go and make our grand entrance?" Heero asked.  
"Would be better after the storm passes, it started up just after we got here." she interjected.

[Thera Quyen]

"You two can wait for the storm to pass, but I think surprise is the best option, so I'm going." Picking one bike at random she did a thorough walk around and then checked the controls, before she gave Heero a look that said she was dead serious about running out into the storm whether he liked it or not.[/font][/size]

[Heero Treys]

"You stubborn little Nerf herder. looks like I am going to have to if I ever want that life debt you owe me paid." he laugh as he hit a switch next the the bikes and the rack unfolded and brought the bikes down.
Then Heero walked over to a work bench and put a long glove on his mechanical arm.
"Run the checks on your bike and get ready to leave, Star." he said as he walked back to his bike, which ironically has Storm Chaser painted on the side, and put his pack into a compartment on the back of his bike.
"If you think I am going out in that storm you are crazy. I'll stay here." she commented and started for her cabin.
"No, your coming with. Whether it be on you own bike or on the back of mine about ten meters behind me tied and gagged. Your choice." he said as he pulled a rope out of the saddle bag on his bike.
She took a few moments to tell if he was serious or not.
"Fine, fine, fine." she said as she walked back to the last bike and began her checks.
Heero did the same and both came back green.
"Thera, are you taking point?" he asked
"This was your idea." he pointed out.

[Thera Quyen]

Thera smiled to herself, and flicked on the controls, reassured by the hum of the bike as it roared to life. Reaching out with the Force she found the controls that opened the bay doors and pressed them, listening as the doors slid open with a silence suggesting that the ship was well taken care of. Bonus points for him.

Outside the sand was kicking up into a fierce storm, the kind she remembered from the planets where the Shaddai had made its home from time to time. Pulling the goggles down over her eyes she pulled a scarf out and wrapped it around her mouth, determined to keep the sand out of her mouth. "I'll meet you there." she told Heero, swinging on to the bike and heading out in the direction Star had suggested the target had lay in. [/font][/size]

[Heero Treys]

"So be it" he said as he put goggles and a scarf on as well.
"Ladies first" he said as he climbed on his bike and then started it up with a loud hum as the repulsors fired up.
Star just looked at him like he was crazy as she did the same and put on her protective garments.
"joining up with you guy's will be the death of me." he said as she started her bike and took off after Thera.
"You don't even realize how right you are, little one." he said when she was out of ear shot and then took off after them both.
"R9 lock her up." he said as he left.
