Our story begins in a time of the Star Wars Galaxy that is largely uncharted and empty in terms of story. Obviously, Revan, the Exile and others are long since passed on by the time this story begins, despite this their legacy will live on. We will be using the canonical fate of these two – which I'm sure we all know by now – to work from and assume or create new stories.
STAR WARS
.rebuilding.&.revenge.
The year was 3,450 BBY. With the Cold War long behind them, both the Galactic Republic and the High Jedi Council came to peace once again. The Galaxy had finally entered a peaceful time, with the Sith long since defeated. Despite the peace, key planets for the Republic were still weak and the rebuilding process slow, leaving the Republic at great risk.
The Sith were driven back to their planet, Korriban, on the Outer Rim, and for years they were trying to put the pieces of a broken empire back together, but with much failure. The patience of the Sith was running short, they had no leader, and everybody thought they should be the Dark Lord. They're just mere months short of turning to chaos if somebody doesn't take control, without any backlash against them, for an act of violence would send a ripple across the planet, with the result being a dangerous tidal wave, wiping out all Sith.
The Mandalorians were a distant memory to the Republic – it had been hundreds of years and there were no signs of them or a return. Unbeknownst to the Republic, however, was that deep in the heart of the vast jungles on the Dxun moon of Onderon, the Mandalorians still existed, having carefully rebuilt for centuries and training extensively in the savage wilderness. The Mandalorians were itching to go, their patience dwindling fast and their pride still sore from the loss hundreds of years ago. Preparing themselves once again for war.
The veiled threat of a second Mandalorian War loomed over the Galaxy. Everybody continued to live their everyday lives without a second thought to another war on the near horizon, but will the Mandalorians strike? If they do, could the Republic hold onto the key planets? And if war is brought to the Galaxy, would the Sith make their return as well?
Was anybody safe?
Nobody knew, but one thing was for certain;
you decide what happened, for better or for worse.
