Thrice, Mez-Jid was offered a position on the Council by Obi Parcon. She refused, citing the then-current members' apparent collective death wish, and the knowledge that her position as head of Jedi Intelligence would be compromised by the higher profile. But she was given a key anyway, because Parcon knew that if he tried to not give it to her, she'd steal one anyway.
Was killed in the Gardens by Setre's son, years ago now.
Is more surprised than anybody else to be back from the dead.
Is more than mildly annoyed to find that her Lightsaber is gone.
And is only slightly surprised to find that she still has her Temple Key, and that the thing still works...

It is great to be back guys. I nearly cried when I found this forum.
For those who haven't been around in a while, I dropped out sometime shortly after Mez's death, because suddenly my school exams got crazy, and never really got back into things.
I started, however, with the original RP group on the Misc forums in early 2000 - I think it was about March that things really started taking off, and the first big battles between Sith and Jedi started.
