Sith, Thera sighed to herself. Either they were completely obsessed with the past or they didn't know a damn thing about it. "Dromund Kaas isn't a person, it's a planet, one that used to be the center of the Prophets of the Dark Side. After the instigation of the Rule of Two, Darth Millennial based his Dark Force religion there, where they would remain for nearly a thousand years, until the Prophets of the Dark Side relocated to Bosthirda, fearing the wrath of Darth Sidious. Darth Traya was trying out her own experiments on the planet when she died, and rumor is they've gone absolutely insane since her death. Without intervention now those beasts could spread beyond Dromund Kaas, where they would threaten Jedi and Sith alike. With luck there's some sort of control mechanism in the Temple there, something that could stop them before they become too great of a threat."

"OK, just the correction was needed not a history lesson. I am a fighter, not a historian." he said. Damn Jedi smart asses. He thought "Hey, lost Sith planet? Count me in. I might find some useful there." he said as he took a drink. "As for the loot, who finds it keeps, it OK?" he asked "But what if there is not a control device? Hmm. What do we do then? A planet full of nasties is a bit more then either of us can handle." he asked and remarked. Then he downed the last of his Elba Beer and ordered a water.

"Sometimes it takes a history lesson for a person to know what they're up against. And if there's no control mechanism, well," she smiled, the golden glint back in her eyes. "We'll just have to fight our way through."

"For some maybe, but fighting is natural. It's instinct, nothing more." he said and then took a sip of his water. "I thought you Jedi were supposed to be smart. You want to take on a planet, no not just a planet a planet full of Sith created monstrosities. With what just you and me? Don't get me wrong, I like a challenge, but there's a difference between a challenge and death wish. Do you have any one else booked for this little raid?" he asked and then drank half the glass of water

"One or two people might be able to sneak through the mass of Sith spawn better than a large party. I've been to Dromund Kaas before, and I know my way around there. But if you're too much of a coward to come, I guess I'll go it alone." Leaning back in her seat Thera let the gold glow creep back into her eyes, until she looked at Heero with the full intensity of her stare."You'll find I'm full of surprises."

"OK, I get it you suggest I am a coward, then i say oh no I am not and agree to go with you, Right?" he said with a sly smile and thought What's with her eyes? "No you did not have to go that far. I never said I wouldn't go now did I? All I was saying is that I thought Jedi were smart. Infiltration is a Sith specialty, or do I have to remind you of Palpatine?" he said that sly smile still on his face. "So when do we take of for this little excursion into near certain death?" he asked as he finished the water and called for the another round.

"And you think Sith are the only ones capable of infiltrating an enemy order?" Thera smirked back at him, draining her glass before she unclipped her driftwood-hilt lightsaber and sat it on the table between them. "No time like the present. If you're finished with your water?"

"Sure, you got a ship? Or will you be hitching a ride with me?" he asked and signaled the bartender for the bill.

"Oh I have my own ship, I'm a flight officer with the Knight Vipers." Thera stood and paid the bill, then pulled the hood of her cloak up over her hair so only her golden eyes showed. "Meet you there?"

"OK, Send the coordinates to my ship, The Night Terror. She is docked at the space port. I'll have my droid start her up and get launch clearance." he said and then was surprised when she paid the bill. "I was going to get that, I'll handle the tip then." he said and threw a twenty credit chip on the table and got up and walked out of The CCC. On the way out he commed his droid. "R9, warm up her engines and get clearance. We're leaving" he said and then made his way to the space port.

Thera watched him walk out then followed after him, keying the coordinates into her com before she headed to her own ship, up away from Corellia and towards Dromund Kaas.

Jerle sat alone in her usual corner of the Cantina, slowly smoking her omnipresent cigarra, savoring the flavor of the fine local-grown tabac. Supposedly imported was better, but she enjoyed her small pleasure, the hind of mint in the aftertaste that sweetened her breath rather than fouled it. Some, including her granddaughter, thought it was a dirty, dangerous habit. But she had so many vices, one more wouldn’t be the straw that broke the bantha’s back.
People walked past her on their way to the back but she ignored them, staring off into space as she thought. She was out of touch with the galaxy, she feared; twenty-five years behind and unable to catch up no matter how hard she tried. Births, deaths, even a war had changed the galaxy since she had fallen into her death-like coma, more details than she could recall, let alone understand.
“Farewell to old friends,” she sang softly under her breath, holding the cigarra between her fingers as she took a sip of her Corellian merlot. “Let’s raise a glass to the bitter end.” Her singing left something to be desired, but she didn’t care; this was a private part of one, and everyone else could butt out. And they did butt out, at least as much as they could control. The Force users were good enough to keep their minds shielded around her, but the everyday person’s thoughts was there with her no matter what she wanted. She was pretty sure no one had understood her when she got into a mood like this, when the weight of too many minds wore down on her like the tide wore down the rocks on a beach. Maybe Keijen would have understood; the Blade seemed to somehow view her excessive telepathy in a state she didn’t understand. Almost like it was business as usual, normal for someone to not be able to completely shut out the minds around her. But Blade was dead, and so was she in a certain point of view; she had no on to talk to, no one to distract her. So she sat at her regular table, in her regular corner, all alone, drowning her sorrows in cheap smokes and the flow of the galaxy.

In a corner of bar which seemed perpetually cloacked in a shadows - which it was and for good reason - Jet shimmered into view. None of the bar regulars questioned how that was possible...they'd seen it to many times and the new people were smart enough not to ask.
Frowning slightly Jet glanced around the cantina, snapping her fingers at the bartender who as ususal was already pouring her her drink...smart man that one. accepting the whiskey on her way past Jet bypassed her typical seat, dragging a char to Jerles table and placing it in the shadows there.
"Need company? I find myself in a nonstalgic mood."

"I'm feeling my age, old friend," she stated to Jet, lifting her eyes from the merlot and lit up a new cigarra from the one she was finishing before she shoved the pack over to the other woman. They'd probably be refused, but it was a sign of good manners to offer anyways. "I was just thinking about all of those we've lost over the years; all the people I never got to say goodbye too. You'd think sleeping for twenty-five years would be easy. Well, it's easy enough, it's waking up that's hard."

"So I sensed"
Jet stated in response to her first comment, casting her eyes around the br before sipping her drink, the sound of the Cigga pack being pushed towards her brought her eyes back to thier table. Useing the force to turn the pack toards her she read the label.
"Local...nice, always like to see local products get thier due"
And she did..Corellia and its system was pretty much all she bothered with anymore, the rest of the galaxy and its ever constant woes weren't of much concern...unless it threated her friends, but that was differant. Leaving the pack here they lay - jet was far to training bound to risk damaging her endurence...even though one probably wouldn't do anything.
"You know the force honest truth of it is Jerle...that even when your wide awake for it all - you don't get to say good-bye anyways,it's still to fast...too unexpected and thier still gone. At least you didn't have to watch it happen and wonder..if you'd only acted faster"
