Driven by her desire to establish what she believes to be a "lawful and strong" galaxy - united under the rule of one superior being, who represents the quintessence of the Force. She believes that the Dark Side is not merely one side of the Force, but rather represents the true depths of the Force's entirety ; therefore, she believes the Jedi limit themselves purposefully, which she sees as weak, and an abomination. Arden has numerous psychological issues, which prevent her from questioning the things she believes, as she unconsciously prevents herself from dealing with the possibility that she is wrong.
