Jet glances at Adrien and consider's her response before suddenly glaring at Aaron aware that he had probably planned this whole encounter.
"Deal...but you and I my boy are going to have a chat sometime hen you least expect it" She told him with a smile...meaning of course that she'd get him back for this little dupe of his somehow.

Taaru glances at his chrono as he washes the rest of his lunch down with a glass of milk.
Setting it down, he applies a little pressure, to call everyone's attention to him before he speaks.
"It seems most of us are here, though I'll have to yell at Avery separately when she deigns to show herself."
He very deliberately wipes his mouth with a napkin, before settling it in front of him and folding it into a triangle.
"Here is the state of things currently:
I am ready to go, requiring only my person inside my ship to get up to Faustus. The Thruvarans are coming with me, as is Jorunn," he gestures at the younger Thruvaran to his left. "I have room on the Rhapsody for some others, if you'd like to join the funnest of the ships we're taking up. The rest of you can fly with Jet in the Chaser" he winks at Jet.
"This morning, Miko overlooked the transfer of the equipment we had stored here at the mansion to a freighter that will take it to the Faustus. Our suits, weapons, fighters and larger personal effects are aboard it."
"When we arrive at the orbital station, all of us will be subject to security checks, as will anything you bring with you on the Chaser or Rhapsody. If you're not already wearing them, you'll don your uniforms, if appropriate," he indicates himself, Jorunn, and Darren, knowing that they are technically Corellian military, but unsure about everyone else.
"We'll all be attending the naming and commissioning ceremony in the staging area, except each of us will be seated with our respective delegations: Jorunn & I with the Thruvarans, Darren with his team, Avery with the science team, and everyone else up on the podium with the captain and Jet."
As an aside: "Jet, you'll probably be asked to say a few words during the ceremony, if you're up for it."
"And finally, after a little chit chat with some of the crew, we'll all transfer aboard the Faustus, and, Force willing, we'll be on our way."
He finishes with a clap, settling his interlinked hands down in front of him and leaning forward with a smile.
"Any question?"
And before Aaron can say a word: "No Aaron, there are no in-flight peanuts, nor stewardesses. But you can try your chances with the lady marines."
To his left, Jorunn snorts, and tries very hard not to continue laughing.

"Yes," Aaron exclaimed, pumping his fist by his side. He lifted Adrien off the counter and stood the boy on the floor before patting him off in the direction of the door. "Go get your bag and meet me in the hangar with your mother."
"Did the fork trick work like you wanted," asked Adrien innocently.
"Shut it," Aaron silenced the boy before mock booting him in the backside. Adrien responded by laughing sardonically and running out of the kitchen.
Aaron turned back to Jet and smiled sheepishly. "What? Sarena asked me to ask you."
After listening to Taaru's...address?...Aaron crossed his arms and glared at him humorously. "Well that's ok I guess," he stated simply before flicking his eyes over Joruun as she snorted. "I'll just have to remember to let the women win from now on."

Avery, who was currently reading a book, looked upwards as she heard Taaru's voice. When mentioning her name, she gave a very distinct and hard eyeroll and allowed her head to tilt to the side with it.
She looked to her bag as he spoke. She had already packed her clothes and books. The blaster and it's holder was laid next to it. She hoped it would be something she didn't need, but her gut told her it would probably come up otherwise.
She mouthed the word science team after Taaru had said it. And she could feel her nose wrinkle and her eyes squint a little. Hopefully these were men of science who wouldn't care if she had boobs, and not the men of science who locked themselves away and when seeing a female they would instantly stutter and become annoyances.
As Taaru's voice faded out, she sighed a little and stood up. Opening up her bag, she mentally went over her checklist of things to bring and found that she was as prepared as she thought she could be. She laid her book on top of the pile and zipped up the bag.
"Collin come here."
The robot beeped as is replying and then wheeled over to her. Beeping again with a low tone- as if sad.
"You're going to have to stay here, I can't take you with me."
He beeped again.
"If something happens..."
She swallowed hard and found her voice caught in her throat.
"If I don't come back, you're going to have to go to my brother. Give him the message we recorded earlier."
She smiled lightly, and patted Collin on the head.
"You're a good robot."
Collin beeped again and paused, waiting there for a moment before wheeling out of her way. Avery put on her jacket, flicking her hair out from under the collar before picking up her bag as well. She paused at the door, her hand on the knob.
"Ready or not."
She turned the handle and left the room to go join the others.

She arrived to where everyone was sort of gathering around together. ((Hanger?, whatever, it's f***ing early here.)) She held her bag at her side and gazed around at the faces as they slowly accumulated. She sighed, her brows raised slightly and leaned back on her heels a little.
This was going to be an adventure alright, no matter what happened. Just living aboard with strangers was enough to make it absolutely and completely difficult. However, she could properly assure herself that there would probably be booze on this trip. There was no way there couldn't be. At least on that front, there was an icebreaker of some sort. A social lubricant, if you will. And to assure that fact even more- she had a couple bottles in her own bag to share at her own discretion.
With all hope, this would be a interesting trip in addition to slightly insane.

Jet openly glares at Aaron for a few moments longer, before turning her attention to Taaru as he begins the rundown of thier current status. Giving him a somewhat amused look as he picks at her ship but refraining from commenting otherwise until he's finished, casting a questioning look to Darren who's nod of affirmation told her all she needed to know.
"Likewise - we are all ready on my side of things, obviously Darren and his team will be joining me on ShadowChaser...Aaron and Erika your both free to ride up with whom ever you like"
She paused at this juncture regarding both Aaron and Erika speculatively for a few moments, it was highly tempting to stuff both of them in Corellian dress uniforms for the ceremony - more to torment them then for any other reason given that neither were technically a member of the military, though at least in Aarons case - they had and both probably would be in charge of military teams as needed, damned ceremonies...and thier formal little rules.
"Just...wear something nice" She told the both of them, somewhat perplexed as to what to wear herself. "and by nice I don't mean Dathomari leathers" she cast a look at Erika "Or Speeder bike Jackets.." her gaze slid to Aaron "Unless either of you tick me off in the next few hours in which case I will stuff you both forcefully into Corellian dress uniforms - regardless of your distaste for them..unfortunately Darren you and your don't get a choice, your bound for that fate regardless"

Erika smiled slightly at the no Dathomiri leathers comment. Did Jet honestly think she was gonna show up the the ceremonies wearing those.
"As you wish boss."
She said and gave Jet a small salute. She waited around for any last instructions reguarding their departure. Then once she knew all the details were done with she would get Rothk.

Having packed his belongings some time ago Rothk took advantage of the quiet time to practice the stance moves that Amber had shown him. Once he had done that for some time he took out the remote and turned it on, practicing deflecting the bolts. Just as he was getting the hang of it he sensed something and turned it off. His mother had sent out a small pulse in the Force letting him know it was getting very close to the time when they would leave. He disengaged his training saber and packed it away with the remote.
He went over to the dresser to pick out something nice for the ships ceremony. Though he didn't have many dress clothes he picked out what he believed was the best clothes he had. He put them in his spare pack, not wanting to put them on just yet for fear of getting them dirty or ripped. Grabbing his two packs he made his way downstairs and into the hanger, he put his bags near the Punda Milia as he didn't know quite which ship they would be taking then sat on the ramp, waiting for the others to arrive and tell him what to do.

Taaru notices Avery finally arriving, with what seemed her worldly possessions in her sling bag.
"Miss Avery, so nice of you to finally join us. Unfortunately you've missed the entire meeting."
He was about to chastise her further, but was distracted by the spectacle of watching Jorunn eat Darren's attempt at culinary arts. He reflects that he barely ever sees Jorunn eat anything, and has supposed for a long time that she must be part plant, to get by on photosynthesis alone.
It seems he was wrong, as Jorunn quite enjoys the sandwich, and tells Darren as much in thanks.
Taaru forces himself to get back on track, coughing into a fist: "Right, well. Departure time is at 8pm CST (Corellian Standard Time). You all have a few more hours to pack your remaining things, settle your affairs, get dressed and get going."
"So, unless there's anything else to be discussed, meeting adjourned and go about your business."

She crossed her arms in front of her chest and leaned most of her-weight on one leg. She smirked lightly as Taaru got onto her over her disappearing act. She followed his line of vision to Joruun but as he turned back, she straighted up to her normal position.
"I'm sure I'll catch up."
She looked down at her "filled to the brim, and much too large for a girl to be carrying that easily" bag.
"Dressed?"
Her gaze shifted down to her shoes, moving them a bit as she rose her shoulders sheepishly.
"But I am dressed."

"Ah so they don't lie to me" Darren exclaims as she thanks him or the sandwich. "I was half expecting they were - given that I can assign them horrible duties" He finishes with grin, seemingly unperturbed by the fact he was destined to wear a dress Uniform in the near future.
With Taaru adjournment of the meeting he glances at Jet and upon recieving a brief wave of dismissal from her as well he stands. "and with that..I'm off to the hangers once more - have to make sure the rest of them look respectable" Shoving his hands in his pockets he walks off down the hall muttering an excuse me to Avery as he passed by her and whistling a cheery tune.

"I mean I have a dress that I can put on it's just-"
Darren passed by her and she leaned back a bit to allow him through and replied with, "no problem."
"Anyway, it's just that it's not... I mean, it's formal but I just don't think it's...appropriate for this kind of occassion."
She winced slightly. It was a cute dress sure...
-but it was short as osik.

Jet had leaned back in her chair and was contemplating her own attire...and whatever she was going to say by staring vaguely out the window and apparently deep in thought.
She was however still paying attention to the conversations around her and quirked a small grin at Avery's predicament.

Having been dismissed Erika made her way out of the room, nodding to those who still remained there. She made her way upstairs, she went to go to her room but stopped herself, there was something she needed to do before she left. Moving to Talpha's room, she knocked on the door. Hearing her daughter tell her to come in she opened the door, entering the room she looked at her daughter, arms crossing with a slight disappointment aimed at the previous nights failure in the training room.
"How are you feeling?"

Looking up as her mother entered she almost immediately regretted letting her in. She gave her a smile hoping to break the air of disappointment that now filled the room.
"I've been better."
She fell silent for a moment, looking away from her mother. Building up her courage she looked Erika straight in the eyes.
"I'm sorry I failed you."
