Floor Number 1: The Room of a Thousand Fountains Here you will find many Jedi taking some long deserved leisure time from the hectic life of keeping the peace. In the middle of this incredibly large room is an artificial lake surrounded by forests and waterfalls. Many Jedi can be seen in the lake, walking through the forests or basking in the rays of the artificial sun. Floor Number 2: Meditation Area Here you will find many Jedi ranging fom Learners to the Senior Jedi Council Members meditating. There are many chairs, sleepcouches and pillows on the floor so that a Jedi can meditate in any position he or she feels most comfortable in. This is a room of utmost silence and calm. Floor Number 3: Physical Training Area Here is where all the Jedi in the Jedi Temple come to enhance their physical abilities. You will find Jedi training on the obstacle courses, to Jedi sparring and training with eachother or training droids. Floor Number 4: Force Ability Enhancement Area This level is just a large bare room filled with Jedi practicing all types of force abilities from minor telekenisis to manipulating matter. All students are watched by trained guards(NPC) in case of malfunction in a force ability attempt.

Thera stood in the dead center of a meditation room, feet exactly shoulder width apart, bare soles pressing slighting into the cool mat. A tiny cube, little more than the size of a sugar lump hung on a thing cord around her neck, its energetic sounds emanating from the miniature speakers in her ears. Dayla Quyen, her adopted mother, had referred to it as “that angry noise,” but in truth it had nothing to do with anger and much more to do with focus. The heavy beat was nothing so much as an echo of her own heartbeat , strong and demanding in her chest, sometimes soft, something loud, but always constant, always there to drive her on.
All the times That I've cried All this wasted It's all inside
Pivoting forward, she placed one hand one the mat, then the other beside it, arching her back at an angle, so for a moment she looked like nothing more than the frame for a tent awaiting its cover. She’d barely spoken to a soul since she’d come back from Kashyyyk, but rather had spent most of her time getting into shape, pushing herself until she was skinny as a rail, her golden eyes big in her face, every muscle she lay claim to as defined as she could get them. She had no idea what she would do next, but right now she was doing everything she could to change her life from what it had been, because the past just hurt too much to relive.
And I feel All this pain Stuffed it down It's back again
She had no one to blame but herself, she realized that, but at the same time that didn’t stop the way things went, or let her do anything but swallow what she felt and press on with her preparations. Reversing her arch, she bent her back until her belly touched the mat, balanced solely on the palms of her hands and the tips of her toes. There was a soft grating noise and she felt her back pop, releasing a mass of pressure. Too bad she couldn’t restart her life the same way, a simple movement and all the weight on her shoulders would be gone.
Still feeling sorry for yourself, Thera?
“And here I thought you had gone and left me.” she murmured to herself, lowering her body to the ground so she lay on her belly, staring at a spot roughly three feet in front of her nose. “Come for a visit? Didn’t thing that was allowed in the dead Jedi handbook.”
There was a slight shimmering, then slowly a figure coalesced out of the ether, forming the figure of a large black animal sitting on its hind paws, watching Thera closely. I’ve never had much use for rules, you of all people should realize that.
“If you’re here to tell me that I shouldn’t continue on my chosen path you’re wasting your time.” Thera sat up, wrapping her arms around her knees as she rested her bare feet flat on the floor. “I know my duty.”
And what is your duty? To become what you are not? Or to be what you can be, what you should be. This is not the right path for you. The animal flickered for a moment, then started to fade away. Think about that, Thera. You do not have to become what you are not.
“I am what I am,” Thera whispered to the ether, shaking out her brown curls before she slowly stood and went to retrieve her shoes. “Forgive me, master, but I will do what I must do.”
But I'm on the outside And I'm looking in I can see through you See your true colors 'Cause inside you're ugly You're ugly like me I can see through you See to the real you

Mercy wiped beads of sweat off her forehead with a towel she'd hung beside her robe when entering the training room - it had been a while since she'd trained so heavily, mostly she;d simply spent time keeping her skills up to par..but she'd needed a distraction and as always training was an excellent one.
She'd been jittery for days now - as though something was about to happen..or was happening somewhere to one of her friends. Something she was sure she wouldn't like. Dreams of dark nature and shadowy fights haunted her and while those could just as easily be echoes from her past they had the feeling of something present.
To make matters worse the person she would normally tell of such things was still AWOL, as were most of her friends..she missed them all deeply but there was little use harping over ther absence it would only make her feel worse. Plastering a cheery smile on her face she waved to the group of younglings coming in for thier class and after a conversation with one of the normal trainers stayed to help out for a while, patiently showing a peppy little blonde girl the basics of form 1.

Luke sat cross legged on the second floor balcony, looking down on the mat full of young children ranging from 3 to 6 years old. They were a mix of Womprats, Banthas and Minocs. Young force talented children in different classes. It was play time, The children were being supervised by 3 Jedi padawans, all females in their mid-teens. They volunteered, or more accurately, were volunteered by their masters, to help out during this portion of the day.
The grand master wasn't here to Teach, test or train, today, but he was waiting on, well, a friend.. Luke closed his eyes and opened himself to the force, first nudging everyone with his mind, a encouragement, he felt each respond in their own way, several of the younger children were very strong indeed and reacted with greetings, many shied away, and the Padawans grew instantly self conscious knowing now who watched them. As he moved on he found the one who he waited for and nudged her as well. Knowing full well of her reactions to such intrusions of the mind.

Mercy jogged into the training facility, casting her gaze up to look reprovingly at Luke for a second before prying off the cluster of younglings ho flocked towards her. "I'll come back and play with you guys later" She promised them before making her way up to the second floor.
"You know I hate that..."She frowned at Luke before leaning against the railing beside him and despite her skittishness about people poking about in her head she smiled - it had been a while since she'd had the chance to talk with Luke.

Smiling slightly, Luke nodded. Yes, I know. And you control your hate very well Miss Freestrike.
Looking at Mercy; Luke rose to his feet and motioned below. The Children here know and love you. Have you ever thought about becoming a full time aid to the younglings?

Mercy glanced out at the younglings one of whom waved upon catching her eye, smiling Mercy waved back. "Maybe someday...I've thought about it a time or two, helping teach the youngest of our next generation seems like a good thing to dedicate your life too..." She paused for a few minutes and then glanced back to Luke. "But I don't think I'm ready to hang up my jacket in the Vipers or spend all my time in the Temple just yet"

Luke again smiled. Wich is of course why I asked you here. The vipers need you and you need the vipers. You've been idle too long Mercy. It's time you got back out on your feet.
As you know recent events have put pressure on the Jedi, and all force users. The GA is pushing hard for a ban on Force users. How they plan to Ban the will of nature is beyoned me, but we have been rare before, and I would not be pleased to see our kind beaten into extinction again.
I'm hoping to get a little pressure off us by offering some aid to the GA. I'd like you to take some of the other Vipers to the GA and find out just how we might stay in the 'good graces' enough to sate their blood thirsty desire. I have already been granted a meeting so you will have safe passage.

Mercy bit her lip slightly - she wasn't entirely pleased with the way things in the GA were headed. Still she couldn't very well refuse and maybe some good could come out of it. "Daphne and Tegan maybe?" She offered up the name automatically - though really they were the only Vipers still active and around the Temple at the moment "But I don't know how they will respond to us...given how they've come to look at us"

Stroking his chin Luke pondered a moment. Take whomever you like. I have looked into the force and found no treachery in this plot. I believe you to be the best option for this mission, I sense you will make a great ambassador for the Jedi Miss Freestrike. You have a hard head and a strong heart. And the force has ever been at your side. Luke went quiet for a moment while he studied Mercy's reactions to his words.
Looking down at the younglings Luke spoke up again. I want Ranoc to begin his training. Start him right away, he knows most the faces of the masters but will still need time to adjust to them before you leave.

Mercy smiled slightly at Luke's words, they were after all a great compliment, she had always put her fait in the force and while it had given her some hard and rocky paths she had never faltered. "well..I had a good teacher, he might not have been the most diplomatic of Masters - but he certainly played apart in my hard head"
Grinning slightly she looked down at the younglings again "You think he's ready then?..I've been thinking so for a little while now, I'll get him started tomorrow, I'm sure he'll do well"

As I go through the years, I have seen that even the worst possible choice of a master, can produce the best students. Its a testament to destiny.Covering his mouth with a closed fist Luke squinted his eyes and stared long and hard at Mercy.
Consider this your final trials Mercy Rojen. succeed in this and the order will know a true Jedi. I have faith in you..
You're dismissed. With that Luke turned slightly away from her and put his full attention elsewhere, seemingly not even in the room, possibly not even in the now.

Mercy felt herself bristling at Lukes words - of course she'd always known he had never been in Chase's fanclub, but Chase had saved her life and regardless of his current status she would remain loyal to him. "Chase was a great Master - no one else could get through my thick skull..and I doubt anyone else could have created the Vipers, or saved me from the Sith"
She probably would have said more but he took the fight out of her with his next comments and the not so subtle reminder of Nate. Sighing slightly as he dismissed her she turned and left - she supposed she'd need to catch up with Daphne and Teagan now.

Shortly after Mercy left Luke moved out of the training room, one of the older masters had returned and was starting to regain order amongst the orderless children. It humoured the him, the Jedi were bringers of peace, harmony, yet there young like any other creature or beings young, was perhaps more reckless and as chaotic as perhaps the most ruthless Sith lord. The simple dividend between the two was innocence. These younglings knew no hatred, they had no desires to rule, they just wanted passion, more or less. Murmuring to himself as he walked the halls Luke spoke quietly.
Through emotion, we choose peace.. In our ignorance, we stumble on knowlage.. Because of our passions, we create serenity.. In all the chaos, we find harmony.. In death, we discover the force..
Stepping into a small side room Luke pulled his Black and Silver cloak off, placing it on the floor near the door the master Jedi shut down the lights in the room and began to run through a Kata of defensive stances and force techniques.

It hadn't been too terribly difficult to convince Ranoc that coming to the training room in order to actually take part in classes was an exciting adventure - she'd only had to agree that Sorin the Corellian sand panther could come to drop him off too.
Now as they walked down the hallway towars the training room Mercy glanced down at Ranoc, one tiny fist was clutching her hand - the other wraped around a tuff of fur on Sorin's neck as the giant cat padded along beside him. Sorin thankfully had proved to be very well behaved with young children - even becoming somewhat protective of Ranoc. It wasn't really surprising she supposed - Sorin was highly attuned to her own emotions and obviously she was protective of her son as well.
Things were going great until the training room doors opened and Ranoc saw the gathered children and masters. He took one look at the gathered crowd and spun around to bury his face in her red robes. After trying to pry him off for a few moments Mercy gave up and backed out of the room - Ranoc still clinging stubbornly to her robes. Sorin prowled about the entrance way.
Once they were out of the training room Ranoc's grip lightened and Mercy was able to pull him off her and kneel down to look him in the eye. "Ranoc....sweetie don't you want to learn how to use the force and grow up to be a Jedi like your mom and dad? you were excited about it earlier.." she reminded him
Ranoc thought for a moment before answering in sullenly "Yes.." Regarding him for a moment Mercy could easily feel his nerves, but a quick fix of soothing him with an emotional band-aid in the form of her empathic abilities wouldn't do anything but increase the problem in the future...so rather then smoother him with confidence she sat back against the wall and pulled him into her lap. "So why don't you want to go now?" she asked in a curious tone.
Ranoc shrugged and picked at his shirt "You know Master Luke thinks your ready for training" She continued "But if you don't think so then maybe he was wrong...." She finished looking thoughtfully down the hallway towards the Council chambers.
Ranoc who had always been one to rise to such a challenge - and had a fondness for 'Master Luke' stopped fidgeting and looked up at her "He does?..he told you that?".
Mercy nodded "Of course he did..thats why I brought you here" ranoc thought about that for a moment "He trained dad right?"
"mmhmm"
"And dad was a good Jedi.."
"The best" Mercy agreed with a smile
"Then I guess Master Luke must know what he's talking about.."
"well he is on the Council" Mercy stated with a slight smile as she felt Ranocs nerves melting away - not gone completely of course but somewhat tampered by a new found confidence. "are you ready to go in now?" she asked him and at his answering nod she set him on her feet and rose herself.
'Can Sorin stay with me?" he asked as the walked through the door and Mercy hesitated for a few moments before answering with a smile "Sure he can, just make sure you tell him to stay put - he might think some of your training is playing and want to join in" she cautioned him and Ranoc nodded before patting his leg to call Sorin over, once more wrapping a hand in his grey fur. Mercy captured Sorins chin in her hand and looked into the cats eyes 'Be good..." she told him before letting go and ushering Ranoc foreward towards the waiting class...after ensuring that he was settled and Sorin was going to behave she slipped out.
