[Androth Keeth]

Androth didn't even blink when Eurphy reacted to his appearance as he did. He was accustomed to being found intimidating. Even most Jedi were still unsettled by his looks. Clearing his throat he dismissed the Gran's apology politely, as it was not needed.

"The human female is Jedi Knight Mercedes Freestrike," Androth said in response to Bames' question. "And the male is Jedi Knight Teagan Skywalker." Curious as to what their reactions would be to that name he waits a moment before holding his hand out in the direction of the dueling ring. "Shall we," he proposes before leading them through the crowd that had gathered.

Androth stood with the men on the edge of the ring, in front of everyone else, assessing the duel so he could later review it with the students. "As you can see Jedi Skywalker utilized the second form of lightsaber combat known as Makashi," he says informatively. "It was created solely for use in a dueling situation. Skywalker is one of the few masters of Makashi left in the known galaxy."

"As for Jedi Freestrike," Androth continues as the duel comes to a close. "She utilizes a more hybrid form which is quite unconventional amongst the Jedi yet is still very effective."

Mercy put a mock hurt expression on her face at Teagan's reaction "Yeah well your not my type either" She commented teasingly and might have said more had she not glanced at the crowd and noted amidst the onlookers the GA agents, she smiled in their direction although it was most likely directed more at Androth whom she knew, then at them.

A smile that faltered as she noted another face in the crowd. Ranoc did not look happy, motioning him to her the small boy came over and crossed his arms in front of his chest. "Whats wrong?" She asked him.

"How could you do that?!?" he demanded with a sharp look at her and Teagan.

"Do what?" she question,clearly at a loss for just what was bothering him, despite her ability to read emotions, it wasn't always possible to know just what exactly set them off. And Ranoc lately had been quite perplexing in this regard.

"Just give up like that! Dad wouldn't have just given up - and embarrased me in front of my friends!" He retorted before turning walking off, shortly followed by a small group of his fellow students.

Mercy cast an apologetic look to Teagan and sighed slightly "Sorry about that..he's been going through a phase lately. Nothing I do is quite as good as what Nate could do - I don't know what to do about it" She shrugged slightly.

He glared back at Mercy. "Anyone with a pulse and a tendency to cause trouble is your type," he teased, elbowing her in the ribs as Ranoc walked over.

Teagan was caught off guard when Ranoc spoke to Mercy the way he did. It took him all of his patience not to bat the boy in the back of the head with a small Force blast as he took off with his friends. "I'm sorry Mercy," he said after a moment. "We'll make sure you win next time."

After a moment Teagan shifts his weight awkwardly. "He didn't he know Nate," he said carefully, trying not to hurt Mercy's feelings. "Don't let his idolizing of him make you feel inadequate. I'll even talk to him if you want."

"Don't even think about it Teagan Skywalker" Mercy told him with an arched brow, although her smile let him know she wasn't nearly as threatening as her tone suggested. "Next time we duel I expect nothing less then your best or I'll sneak into your room and dye your hair mint green while you sleep" she concluded before casting a glance at Ranoc's retreating back.

"He's young - I remember being angry a time or two when I was his age and being quite sure that my real parents wouldn't be half so mean as whatever teacher I was upset with, I grew out of it...I'm sure he will too, though...it might be good for him to have a male talk to him"

Teagan looked thoughtful as he pondered what he'd look like with green hair. "Ya know," he said, wagging his finger. "It's pretty funny when you consider that green hair would help me not stick out like a sore thumb when I'm with you and Daphne."

"If you think he needs it I'll talk with him whenever you want me to," Teagan assured Mercy when she commented on Ranoc before smiling. "We'll make a Jedi of him yet. One that Nate would be proud of."

Mercy had to laugh a little at that comment "It's not exactly a resounding proof that you hang out with the normal crowd now is it?" she remarked. "We can give it a whirl if you want..i am totally up for dying your hair funky color's, not only would it amuse me but I can just see the expression on Luke and Pat's face when they see their poster boy not only consorting with the delinquents but looking like one too"

"anyways..I'd appreciate it, though I'm sure he won't..." she grinned "I'm not worried about the Jedi he's going to be..I'm sure it will be a great one - I'm worried about how I'm going to get through the next few years without throttling him" She confided with a small quirk of her lips.

Bames is still beside himself and openly staring at Mercy now. Nonethless, he followed his partner and the Jedi Master through the crowd. At the mention of the name 'Skywalker' Bames was suprised enough to turn away from the pink presence and back to the Master, "Skywalker? As in the Skwalkers?" he asked amazed? M'ddie, similarly, followed their guide. However, not knowing history as well as Bames, he was oblivious to the referance and didn't even know of any of the significance until his partners question.

Androth turned to Bames and smiled in response to his reaction. "Yes the Skywalkers," he said knowingly. "Teagan is a direct descendant. Would you care to meet him?"

Teagan held up a hand as if suppressing the conversation. "I'll consider letting you dye it when the next Viper Party comes around ok?"

Massaging the back of his neck Teagan scowled playfully when Mercy mentioned throttling her son. "I'd be more worried about Daphne or me throttling him before you do. And it looks like we have a little fan club," he added when he was able to pick out his name being mentioned in the audience. He jerked his head in the direction of Master Keeth and the GA Agents. "They're talking about us. Master Keeth is probably going to scold you."

Mercy laughed lightly and hten glanced it in the direction Teagan indicated "So it does, I suppose we ought to go over there then" She remarked after a few moments "It's not being scolded is anything new for me" She finished but flashed a dazzling smile in Androth's direction just to try and soften him up a little.

"Oh, yes. Thank you, Master Keeth." answered Agent Eurphy. He was rather suprised to be able to have such a connection to history so real.

Looking back and forth between his partner and the Jedi, Bames was still rather confused. Finally giving voice to his thought he asked the both of them, "I'm lost. Who are the Skywalkers?"

Smiling in exasperation Eurphy looked back to the Jedi, "Would you like to answer that one?"

"Ah, it appears Jedi Skywalker is saving me the trouble of calling him over," Androth said as he motioned towards the two approaching Jedi Knights. "Perhaps your friend here can hear who the Skywalkers are from a member of the family."

Androth nodded his head in respect as Teagan and Mercy walked up to them. "Good afternoon Jedis Freestrike and Skywalker. I was just about to explain who the Skywalkers were to our friend here," he motioned towards Bames. Looking to Teagan the Weapon Master smiles. "Would you care to explain or shall I?"

Teagan bowed in response to Androth's respectful nod and nodded a greeting himself to the GA agents. He brought his hands behind his back and squared his shoulders making himself look more regal and impressive. He had suddenly taken on the appearance of the quintessential Jedi Knight, something all the learners and all the Padawans strived to be. On a good day, even the some of the Masters paled in comparison. Mercy's never going to let this one go, he thought to himself.

"I'm sure you could weave a more acceptable tale than I could Master Androth," said Teagan as the corners of his mouth turned upwards in a grin. He turned his gaze to Mercy. "Or perhaps Jedi Freestrike would like to do the honors."

Mercy quirked an eyebrow as Teagan suddenly became the personification of a Jedi poster child. She didn't think Teagan always enjoyed playing this role - and was vaguely glad that it wasn't her who had to bear the burden of a Skywalker legacy. Unlike Teagan Mercy greeted everyone with an easy smile..and did not attempt to become the quintessential Jedi, that just wasn't Mercy.

"That is a tempting challenge" Mercy finally remarked after giving Teagan a once over, she could just imagine the wild tales she could spin for the Ga Agents...but Androth would probably stop her before she got to the good parts and despite the fun of tormenting Teagan..she didn't think getting Androth worked up was worth it. Rather then torment him in an already uncomfortable situation Mercy decided to do something else. "but I'm afraid that I believe Teagan's most important contributions are his own rather then his ancestors and so I don't think I could paint a suitable image for our guests" Mercy finally concluded truthfully with a glance at Teagan before turning her gaze back to Androth and their guests.

Androth smiled in response to both Teagan and Mercy. "Always leaving the diplomacy to the Masters are you young ones," he said teasingly. He turns his attention back to the GA agents. "The Skywalker family is one of the most influential in the history of our galaxy. In fact, two of Teagan's ancestors were influential in the establishment of both the New Republic and the Galactic Alliance." Turning back to Teagan, Androth gazed at him with mild envy. "Perhaps this Skywalker will prove to be as influential."
