Eyes still glowing, Thera advanced on the abomination, gripping her lightsabers tightly in both hands as she stared the creature down, not even bothering to fight the darkness she knew was filling her soul. There was some small bit of Jedi still left within her, and she forced herself not to just strike the Sith spawn down where it stood, but wait until it attacked her, as she was certain it would. Instead, the Sith spawn just stared at her for a moment, taking in her golden eyes and twin lightsbers before slowly whispering: Jen'jidai.
Thera froze as the golden light faded from her brilliant eyes, the word pricking her to the deepest core of her soul. Jen'jidai, Dark Jedi Exile, the name given to her ancestors so many years ago; Darth Traya's special title for her favorite assassin. So she was known then, to the Sith spawn. Wracking her brains for the proper Sith words, she finally settled on a simple command. "Vexok savaka." The Sith spawn stared at the Jedi for a moment, then nodded, turning on her heel and headed back towards the temple. Looking over her shoulder, Thera told Heero "She'll lead us into the Temple now, but keep your guard up, who knows what will be ahead."

"OK, but I ain't cleaning up after it." Heero sighed in regret. He heard her speak the Sith language and he ignored it. If she knew it so what did it have to do with him. Heero packed up his pack and slightly jogged untill he had caught up with her. He looked over and saw that her face had gotten cut. He reached into his pack and pulled out a tube of bacta salve. He went to hand it to her. "Those will scar. Better treat them before they do." he said as he pored water from a cantine on his chest, trying to clean out his wounds. "Those claws are not poisonous? Are they?" he asked

"No, the claws aren't poisonous, and don't worry, scars are nothing new to me." She took the bacta anyways and rubbed it across the cuts on her face, holding back a wince from the sting. The Sith spawn lead them through the jungle, and up the giant steps of the Temple. Thera neither broke a sweat nor had a hard time breathing, instead she just carried on, using the Force to supplement her strength when need be. Her heavy plait bounced against her shoulder as they marched up the steps, loose strands falling into her eyes. When they reached the door, she started off towards Darth Traya's study, only to be stopped by the Sith spawn, who chittered at her in the Sith language for a long moment before heading off in the opposite direction. "She says there's something in the Throne Room we need to see first." Thera tranlated for Hero, removing her lightsabers from her belt once more as she followed the creature down the hallway. "There always is." he said as he watched her ready her weapon. During the walk he had patched up his chest with simflech and bacta, he had also taken a few pain killers. Though still banged up he was no less in fighting form then Thera. He had worse done to him by those he held in higher regard. He readied both of his light sabers aswell. "So you speak sith. Fun fact to know about a Jedi. I would say" he joked as he followed Thera through the temple.

"I'm well educated," Thera retorted, hoping that the Sith wouldn't be too interested in her language capabilities. Following the Sith spawn down the hallway, she felt the hair starting to rise on the back of her neck, warning her that something bad was about to happen. Narrowing her eyes, she spoke to the abomination in the Sith language, demanding an answer, but the only reply she got was the assurance that everything be explained once they reached the throne room. "Once we survive it is more like it," she mumbled, tossing her head slightly to clear a loose strand of hair from her eye.
The throne room doors where bigger than she remembered, and the smell... Holding her breath, she pushed through to the room, her eyes widening before she slammed the door closed again, spinning around to face Heero with the door held closed tight behind her back. "Don't suppose you have any chrysalide treats in that pack of yours?"

"The Force did not supply you with any?" he mocked as he swung his pack off and knelt down to look inside of it. He rummaged through his pack for a second before it sank in. As it did he slowly stopped looking through his bag. He looked at her wide eyed. "No. You can't mean? There is no way that if I opened that door there would be one standing there. Right?" he said as he got up and walked to the door and gently pushed her aside. He took a deep breathe and slowly cracked open the door, hoping that it would not make any noise. He slowly closed the door and turned to her, his face showed a clear mix of fear and excitement. "I am going to need a bigger gun. Let's go get Big Betty. I left it back at my ship. OK?" he asked as he rubbed his hands together.

"Jen'jidai," the creature hissed, stepping between the two and the corridor, blocking the path back to the ships as the shadows of more Sith spawn fell in behind her.
"I don't think they're going to let me go back to your ship," Thera state unnecessarily, turning her eyes back to the large doors. Well, why not? She didn't have anything to lose, Nessa was safe with Rico... somewhere. Away from all the evil, it was for the best, like she had once told Mercy. This was the way it should be. "Go back, if you want. I'll face it on my own. If a Skywalker can do it, then so can I." Straightening her shoulders, she opened the doors and walked through, head held high as she faced the great beast, the darkness within her stamped down and held under control. "There is no fear."

"Poodoo!"Heero said as he turned to see what was blocking his path. When he looked back Thera was already entering the throne room. He heard her mutter part of the Jedi Code. It resounded in his head as did his brothers face. His anger began to flow free again. Not that red hot emotion of passion and reckless action, but the cool blue hate of purpose and resolve. The anger and hate that had helped him through so many other times before with out fail. "With out Strife, my victory has no meaning. With out Strife, there is no glory. With out Strife, I do not advance. With out strife there is only stagnation." he said as he followed her in to the maw of a almost certain doom. It was a saying that was drilled into his head ever since he parted ways with the Jedi and his brother. It was a saying that he followed and would always follow. "So how do you want to deal with it? I say head first and hold nothing back. Full brute force. If a desendent of Vader can, Then why can't I?" he said as he smiled at her "I don't leave any one behind on a mission, even if they are "Jedi". Either we both leave or neither." he said as he clenched his fist into a hard weapon of hate and purpose, his knuckles cracking and turning white. It was his biomechcanical hand. The one hand that he could still use a few darker force powers with.

Thera walked forward, mind carefully empty of fear, golden eyes glinting slightly in the darkened chamber. The chrysalide stood in a corner, chomping on what looked like the corpse of one of the other Sith spawn inhabiting the area. She felt her stomach twist but automatically swallowed it back down, using the Force to speed her movements as she sprinted at the beast, throwing herself up into the air and on to its back before it even realized she was there. She was so small it probably didn't realize she was there at first, but then she stabbed down with her lightsaber, trying to pierce the skull with the shimmering blade. No such luck in that matter (mostly because as acting leader in this story line, I'm a sadistic shikse) as the blade skittered off the genetically altered bones, then was ripped from her hand and went flying across the room. The mutated rancor spun where it stood, reaching its arms over its head to try and dislodge her from his head. Thera hung on for dear life, digging her fingers into its back ridges, wincing as one of her shoulders was torn from its socket by the violent shaking.

Heero saw her charge in. "Well that answers that." he said as he followed in suit. He kept her pace, but when she jumped he did not. Heero watched for a moment, not wanting to get in her way. When the gigantic beast spun he sensed that Thera was in trouble. "Thera!" he yelled as he held his arms up and used all the force he could muster to hold the chrysalide's arms in place. "Don't know how long I cant hold it!" he yelled in a grunt at Thera. Meaning for her to do what ever she was going to do, or get off and try a different tactic. After he said that he started to pull the creatures arms up, either dislocate them or take it off it's center of gravity. Which ever worked.

Hearing Heero's call Thera released her handhold on the beast, falling off its back to the floor where she rolled to a stop, a sharp "crunch" sounding from her shoulder as it clicked back into place. She lay unmoving and apparently stunned in the corner for a moment as the beast roared and tried to start after her, only to be kept in place by Heero's hold on his arms. Dizzily, Thera raised her head and stared at the monster with blurred vision, raising her hand slightly as she used the Force to hurl a grenade out of her waist pouch towards the creature, aiming the projectile for its open mouth. Halfway there her concentration failed her and her head fell to the ground, unconscious before her eyes even closed.

((OOC Lady V always have to be unpredictable eh? lol))
Heero was concentrating fully on the abomination in front of him when Thera fell from the beast. What caught his attention was her presence in the force, it was normal, and then it sparked, then slowly began to dim and stayed dim.
Why must we change what is already a force to be reckoned with? He thought to himself as he saw a something fly toward the creation. Then it exploded in its face. His grip was beginning to waver and he knew it. Thera was knocked out from what he could tell and her last ditch effort of killing this thing just blew up in its face. Sending it into a rage, this shortened the time that he could hold it in place. The mutated rancor bucked and thrashed, each time bringing it closer to freedom and Heero's possible death. He needed time to think, and that he did not have. He was now alone in this fight, something he knew all to well. The odds have been against him many, many times before and he had always come out on top. Then again he had never come up against an opponent such as this. He silently cursed Sith Alchemy although he new that with out it his parts would not have been as useful as the where. "I am Heero Treys. My path is made of torn, broken bodies. I have killed tens of hundreds of people that stood in my way. If you think you are the one to best me beast, you are mistaken!" he yelled as his irises turn a pallid yellow, the rest of his eye taking on a bright crimson hue. He let his grip on the beast go and focused on Thera, pulling her to him and pushed her behind him. Effectively putting himself between The Chrysalide and her. He activated one of his light sabers with a snap hiss, the red glow further emphasizing his side of the force. To any human or alien he would have been an imposing figure, but to the enemy that lay before him he looked like a red glowing snack. He kept his saber in his mechanical hand. The mutated abomination in front of him roared and the walls shook, a small amount dust fell from a few places of the ceiling. Heero retaliated by using force scream to match the beast. A bit more dust fell.
The beast looked at him curiously for a moment and then charged in at him. Heero charged in as well. The chrysalide swiped at him when it was in range. Heero jumped over the attack and spun in the air as he slashed at the creatures extended arm, burning a groove into its flesh. As he landed the beast roared in surprise. It attacked again in the same manner. Heero dodged again by jumping over the attack and this time as he spun he threw out his biomechanical arm and used force lightning. He kept it going as he landed, making sure to keep his mechanical one out of the way. He swept the lightning from its arm up it to its head. He pushed the attack farther then he ever did before, pouring more and more hate, rage, and force into the attack until he could push it no more. He focused the lightning to its left eye. The beast roared in pain and convulsed. Heero then threw his light saber into its right eye as he ceased his attack. He had blinded the beast. “That should make this a bit easier.” He said to himself.
((Do you want me to kill it? Or are you going to wake up from your nap? Lol))

The mutated rancor stumbled for a moment, then slowly it fell to its knees, moaning in pain before it fell to the ground, dead before it hit the floor. The great thud sent Thera flying off the floor and into the wall, jarring her out of her unconscious state and back to the land of the waking nightmares in one smooth move. Dizzily she got to her feet and moved into a semi-crouch, circling the fallen creature until she was certain it wasn't getting up again. "Well done," she told Heero, calling her lightsabers to herself and clipping them to her belt with her good hand before she wandered back into the hallway to look for the Sith spawn that had led them into this trap. "Anything else you want to spring on us?" Thera asked sarcastically, thinking about cutting down the creature where she stood.

"What would you do with out me?" he asked with a laugh as he pulled his light saber out of the fallen creatures eye socket. Truth be told he was expecting more then that. Then He kicked the abomination and followed Thera once more.

“Probably be a rancor snack right now,” Thera replied, giving Heero a small smile. It reminded her of the times with Rico… she felt her heart twist; perhaps he was gone from her forever now, and she would have to accept that. But it would be a bitter pill to swallow, and not one she would relish at all.
“Jen'jidai.” the Sith spawn called her attention back to it, making gestures to suggest she had only been following the orders of her master, to make certain that anyone who accompanied Darth Traya’s favorite little assassin was worthy to hear exactly what message the late Sith had left behind.
“That still doesn’t excuse your actions,” Thera scolded, not quite unaware of the fact she sounded a whole lot like Darth Traya right now. Bowing and scraping the Sith spawn led them away from the throne room, back up into Chyvonne’s private chambers. “Well,” Thera mumbled to Heero as the moved through the halls, “the ceilings up here are too low for another rancor.”
