Corellian System Controlled by : The DJO Faction orientation: DJO Home of the Five Brothers and the Corellian Twins, the star system of Corellia is a system rich in history and is one of the civilized centers of the galaxy. With the Corellian Security Force, commonly known as CorSec, supplementing the defense of this system, this system is surprisingly safe to travel to despite its reputation of having an extensive population that act among the fringe of law. The Corellian System house 7 Planets.Crollia - The planet of Crollia is a barren location. The atmosphere is dry and the average yearly temperature is hot, creating a landscape where almost its entire land surface is of desert climate. The sand is coarse and grainy, dangerous when picked up by the strong gusts of the sandstorms Drall - The planet of Drall is considered a member of the Five Brothers of planets in the Corellian system. A relatively small planet, Drall is the home to a humanoid species by the same name.A small planet with low gravity, allowing vegetation to grow taller than their genetically similar cousins elsewhere in the Corellian system. The Drall jungles are particularly treacherous, occupied by large numbers of venomous snakes and insects Corellia - Corellia is a beautiful planet with a variety of different landscapes. Landmass consists of two large continents, which are both populated. The capital city of Coronet is a metropolis that boasts some of the finest brewed ales and lagers, the five-star hotels and taverns attracting tourists from all over the galaxy. Selonia - The planet of Selonia is among one of the Five Brothers of habitable planets in the Corellian system and home to the humanoid Selonian species. A mild planet, Selonia is best known for its vast oceans and the seafaring spirit. Land masses on this planet resemble more of archipelagoes then large continents, and most of the islands are inhabited, mostly by Selonians but the planet also hosts a large number of humans of Corellian descent Talus - Along with Tralus, Talus is a member of the Corellian Twins. The Corellian Twins circles around each other in a complicated orbit pattern, though as a whole, the Corellian Twins orbit the Corellian Sun in an orbit that is no different than a normal planet. Talus lays a bit further away from the sun, causing it to have a somewhat prolonged winter, though the extremely dense and heated planet core warms the land and provides pleasant summers. A large bulk of the surface land area belongs to the large north pole continent, where the large glaciers had been sealing off the true visage of the ground underneath since before the beginning of recorded history on this planet. Tralus - Along with Talus, Tralus is a member of the Corellian Twins. The Corellian Twins circles around each other in a complicated orbit pattern, though as a whole, the Corellian Twins orbit the Corellian Sun in an orbit that is no different than a normal planet. Tralus’s planet surface characteristics are very similar to that of Talus’s, it has a cool winter and a pleasant summer. With ample wild game and a rich variety of species of fish in the seas, the early settlers to Tralus from Corellia had no worries in this aspect of pioneer life Soronia - The planet of Soronia is the planet furthest from the Corellian Sun that consists nothing but ice and rock. However, despite its barren appearance, there are extensive mining facilities stretching under its surfaces System Security MeasuresThe Corellian System has long been a safe and well protected sysem, since coming under the control of the DJO, this has not changed. White Circles = Known Relay Stations White Rectangles = Known Battlestations Red Lines - Known Possible Patrol Routes -( actual routes taken each shift are randomized, shift changes occur at each planet, crews are told thier destination and route only once aboard and underway, Only top level crewmen know the entire route, lesser crewmen are given only the destination planet where they will disembark). These patrols are done by Corellian Gunboats. Random Starfighter Patrols are often sent to key defensive locations in times of Heightened Alert. In addition to the Known Systems, smaller, less detectable relay stations have also been added in key locations, these stations are cloaked and run seperately from the Main stations. They fuction as a Back-up should the mains become compromised, As well Cloaked battlestations hve been placed in several key locations without civillian knowledge, these stations function completely off the grid, they are recorded only within the DJO main database itself, knowledge of thier existence is contained to a mere handful. In Addition to the patrol ships, stationed in system at any given time is at least one Battlegroup consisting of 125 captial ships, depending on current deployments there is a chance that as many as three of these battlegroups can be in system at any given time. NoteThis thread isto be used for activity on ALL corellian Planets with the exception Of Corellia which has its own thread

A lone freighter sized craft slips out of hyperspace, it's not of familiar make, but not so different as to draw attention to itself. It is fairly obvious the ship has seen combat. Many carbon scores mar the paintwork, a Red and black design, is nearly scorched off.
The ship makes its way through the Corellian system, it has a full bristle of sensor nodes attached to the bow. The Craft makes its way toward the capitol planet, to land on corellia.

Maybe because of the exchange from earlier, or maybe because he wanted to make conversation, Taaru sits up in his seat in way of adjusting his slouching posture and remarks: "Smooth sailing so far."
At about this time, the Rhapsody hits a patch of turbulence as it hits the jet stream, rocking the ship on its parallel axis. Taaru quickly corrects, but it doesn't stop one of the Thruvarans in the back from making a comment, causing the rest of them to laugh.
Miko needn't say anything, as Taaru can feel his gaze of ridicule penetrating the headrest of his seat.
Masako mumbles something under his breath, about the time the comm comes alive.
"Eternal Rhapsody this is Corellia Flight Control. We are tracking you on an approach vector to Tyrena Station. Please confirm desired vector."
Taaru responds using the headset.
"Corellia Control. Eternal Rhapsody confirms vector, azimuth 187.5 degrees, altitude 38.4 degrees."
"Understood Rhapsody, now transferring you to Tyrena Station Yard Control."
Taaru mutters a thank you and waits for the transfer, checking sensors for any ships making a similar approach. As the atmosphere thins out around them, the stars become more visible, and specs of light can be seen in the distance. The further they go, the more it becomes evident that these are other ships or orbital space stations. Soon, the orbital ring of the KDY shipyards becomes visible beneath their angle of departure, circling the equator of Corellia.
"Eternal Rhapsody, this is Tyrena Station Yard Control. We've been expecting you. Continue on approach vector and adjust climb to level out at 738 klicks. Berth number A-213 has been allotted for you. Please transmit confirmation and proper credentials."
"Yard Control understood. Transferring confirmation of approach vector and IFF-C now."
Taaru fiddles with the IFF transponder console, bringing up the encryption scheme identifying his vessel as his own, and one affiliated with the Corellian Navy.
"Rhapsody, clearance granted. Welcome to Tyrena Station, Mr. Masako."
"Glad to be back, Yard Control," Taaru says, before adjusting pitch as the altimeter readout hits 738km, the ship now cruising at port speed. In the distance, their destination becomes more resolved. Tyrena station, like other orbital facilities, is named after a prominent city it sits over in geosynchronous orbit. Unlike other stations, however, Tyrena is not one of the massive Orbital Defense Platforms carrying Super MACs. No, it is much larger, one of the older CEC-staffed Fleet Yards, which is currently tasked with producing, refitting and repairing the new line of Prowlers.
Taaru taps the comm console and dials his frequency to that of the Chaser's.
"You keeping up, Jet? It'll be a mighty disappointment if the Diktat isn't their to shake hands and kiss babies."
As if a Diktat needed to worry about reelection.....

Jet had decided to change on the way to the station - wouldn't do she figured to arrive looking sub-par when everyone else was in their finery, and so after ensuring all was well with ShadowChaser she handed control over to Ice. Getting changed was just the excuse she used to seal off the cockpit from the rest of the ship - she would have done it anyways. The Corellians in back were singing some asinine war song whose beat was just catchy enough that Jet had already caught herself humming it under her breath several times much to her ire.
Jet had managed to carefully slip on her dress - carefully so as not to destroy the work already put into her hair and make-up and was in the process of balancing on one heel while buckling on the other when Ice simultaneously informed her that he was opening a channel with Taaru at the same time they hit the turbulence that had earlier hit the Rhapsody.
The situation was such that Jet precariously balanced as she was and not really paying attention was sent hopping backwards as she tried to keep her balence, and yell at Ice, a few muffled thumps transmitting over the channel before her tirade.
"Kriffing hell Ice! do you know how hard it is to change when your..." her voice trailed off as a few beeps from the astromech reminded her the channel was open.
"Taaru...if you have arranged anything which requires me to kiss babies there will be some very disappointed parents and a whole lot of collateral damage" she threatened, although her tone suggested she was slightly worried he had in fact come up with such a situation.
"why are we so behind them?" She asked Ice as an aside, the response to which Ice hit the throttles and accelerated in a fashion which for half a second had Jet clasping the back of her chair. "Heels Ice!" A slight pause indicated she was probably making a gesture of some sort to the droid, which was indeed the case as she pointed irately at the walking death traps society called shoes. "HEELS!"
Taking control back from Ice Jet reached forward to switch to a different channel "Gotta run, Flight controls calling" she told Taaru before cutting the transmission.

She felt like she had fallen asleep, or at the very least zoned out. The shoulder her temple was pressed against allowed for a pretty comfortable spot for this, and taking advantage of that was easy. When the turbulence came, she jumped a bit, her head snapping up and she grabbed Miko's hand. She froze in that position for a second before realizing what was going on and what had happened.
'Geez, calm down Avery, it's turbulence.'
She looked around for a second before her eyes landed on her hand resting on the back of his and her fingers pressing against his palm.
"Oh, sorry."
She pulled her hand back awkwardly and settled for keeping her hands under his jacket which still laid across her lap.
"Are we..."
She coughed when she realized how quiet and awkward her voice was.
"Are we arriving?"

Taaru chuckles at Jet's sudden lack of composure. If there was one thing that scared her, it was political or social functions. Funny how the heroine of the Yuuzhan Vong Invasion could fear something so mundane.
Miko, meanwhile, doesn't fail to notice Avery's hand on his. As she pulls it away, he rotates his palm upward, inviting hers into his, and giving her a look that says as much.
In ways of answering her question, he simply responds in the affirmative, as the Rhapsody begins to close on Tyrena Station. What was once just a spec in the star-strewn sky suddenly becomes the scepter-shaped station, it's dome-like head section and long shaft resembling tibanna gas mining colonies of Bespin. Docked around the spindly arms of its shaft are several ships of the navy and civilian vessels, from transports to work horses. And finally, extending from its shaft towards the planet is the orbital elevator that ferries personnel and supplies between the station and the planet.
Thrift and ingenuity were Corellian mantras, and so no Corellian space docks building new vessels were open to space: While this dramatically increased the overhead cost of building shipyards, it drastically reduced the damages, setbacks and work-related injuries revolving around orbital debris smashing into things at relative speeds.
For Tyrena, this meant the construction yard was actually inside it's dome-shaped head, while it's central shaft housed the super MAC cannon that served as the station's (and part of Corellia's) defense.
Taaru brings the Rhapsody to a quarter impulse and cuts the engines, steering into an approach lane with maneuvering thrusters and flipping on the docking lights.
Ahead of them lies one of the station's four gates, generally closed against debris or even invasion.
"Yard Control, Rhapsody on inbound to designated berth."

Following her conversation with Taaru - if you could really call it that given that she'd mostly rambled, Jet had spent a few seconds recomposing herself before answering Corellian Flight Control.
Well versed in the song and dance of Flight Control Jet went through the procedures swiftly, the return to such mundane things further settled whatever ire was left from the earlier situation, after receiving a hearty earnest welcome to the station, Jet eyed the growing dome of Tyrena station speculatively - it was a massive station, as it had to be and Jet was well aware that it would be the last time she set foot on Corellian real estate for a very long time. Discounting of course the Faustus itself.
Approaching the assigned approach lane, Jet flipped her PA system on and sent a message bck to her passengers. "We're on approach to Tyrena station...so quit singing and get ready, if anyone does anything embarrassing I will personally shove you out an airlock....Aaron" clicking the PA system of she unsealed the cockpit and cut the ShadowChaser's speed for her final approach.

Looking down at his hand, she pondered for a brief moment. She couldn't imagine Taaru or Jet, or anyone else on this ship being particularly thrilled with the fact that she was flirting. The whole thing could have serious implications and she found herself weighing the pros and cons.
Her arms remained under that jacket, though she smiled lightly.
"Chilly."
She nudged his shoulder with her own as if letting him know it was alright, and didn't want him to feel as though she were denying the offer for any other reason than being cold.
Her eyes flitted to Taaru, watching him flick buttons and maneuver the ship to one of the gates.
The station was rather large indeed, and she found she couldn't quite take her eyes off it. She focused on how much closer they seemed to be getting by the second.
"This should all be pretty interesting huh?...Day one, I suppose."

((Music Selection: "The Enterprise" - Star Trek: The Motion Picture))
"More like day zero," Taaru responds. "You haven't even seen her yet....."
The hangar bay's blast door grow to dominate the viewport, and the Rhapsody is now close enough that a view inside can be afforded, as the maglock field keeping atmosphere inside the station diffracts light from the inside at a smaller and smaller angle.
Soon they are passing through it, Taaru firing forward maneuvering thrusters to slow them down to within safety margins for the inside of the dome.
As the nose of the Rhapsody pokes through the mag field, the first thing they see is the skeleton of an uncompleted Prowlers, nude except for the superstructure and engines, with a few plates being fitted here and there. Work crews in various vehicles are scattered about it, the color of their uniforms designating the systems of the ship they are responsible for. The flash and flicker of welding torches can be seen on the outside and inside.
"Not yet, not yet...," muses Taaru, speaking mostly to himself and tapping the stick to starboard, the ship turning in response to follow the inside lining of the dome. They are passed by several freight and personnel shuttles; the inside of the brightly lit dome is literally brimming with them. On the other side of the Rhapsody, they watch viewports flying by, with Navy, Marine and shipyard personnel going about their business, some glancing up to watch the Rhapsody slide by.
The inside of the dome is dominated by the central spire, which extends vertically and branches out into various smaller berths. As they follow the inside of the dome, they see that these births are filled with additional Prowlers, noses facing the spire, in various states of completion.
Coming around to about 90 degrees of the dome's circumference, Taaru abruptly takes the Rhapsody straight towards the Spire, heading for what seems to be a large crossbeam functioning as a bridge from the inside of the dome to the central structure.
Taaru is silent, the sort of silent that forewarns of great expectations. Miko seems to be infected by the same thing.
As the Rhapsody nears the cross bridge, Taaru nudges the nose of his ship down, as to pass under it.
The beam slides by the viewport, and...
"There she is, the lady in all her glory."
The milky, almost opalescent, white of the CNS Faustus blinds them with the reflection of light from the station's overheads. Docked facing the spire, her hull designation is plainly visible to the passengers aboard the Rhapsody, her dagger like profile and prow evoking images of ancient sailing ships, cutting effortlessly through the oceans of Corellia.
Taaru leans to his left and turns on the outboard cameras, affording the rest of the Thruvarans a live feed of the Faustus as the Rhapsody makes her approach. The clamor of conversation in the rear of the ship suddenly falls silent, as the sudden reveal has the same effect on the rest of the crew.
Taaru maneuvers in an arc, bringing the Rhapsody on a vector parallel with the hull of the Faustus, gliding his ship along it for a closer look.
As the giant letters of the ship's name slide by, Taaru aileron rolls the Rhapsody under the Faustus' belly, pulling up as the hangar bay comes into view.
Within moments, the Rhapsody as entered the expansive hangar bay and has settled on its landing pads.

Avery could feel the silence, and at first it was weird and awkward, but when she turned to the view- it all made sense. She could feel her lips part and her jaw drop a bit. The sight was beautiful and the sheer power of it left everyone quiet enough to let the whole thing wash over them in waves.
Squinting her eyes a little, she could get a perfect look to take in all the detail- memorizing every angle and color, even the name which she had known felt all the more real and therefore more powerful. Once they had landed she turned to Miko, goosebumps trailing along her shoulders and back.
She didn't smile exactly, nor did speak either, but those eyes conveyed so many emotions that it became a bit muddy, and those lips curved slightly at the ends and mouthed, very distinctly-
"Day one."

Tyrena stations continues to steadily grow within the viewport as ShadowChaser glides foreward, display screens on the console outlining the route to their assigned berth, within moments the blue sheen of the maglock is allowing them to slip through as they leave the relative stillness of space to enter the bustle of the station.
Work crew's scurry around the waiting hulks of soon to be Prowlers - even the skeletons gave one the general idea of the sleek lines which would eventually come together and create in Jet's opinion one of the lovelist vessels to some out of the Corellian system in some time - and she had yet to see the actual ship, basing her opinions only on the designs she had seen in the earlier stages of the Faustus' development.
ShadowChaser was a well known vessel herself, the ship mistakenly thought to have delivered the virus which finshed off the vong and their landshaping invaders throughout the Corellian landscape. This was not true Jet knew - the actual ship involved in that flight was stored in the Mansions hanger, a near exact replica of Chaser. She had never however corrected their mistaken ideas as Trick Ship built in the time of Damon was still a DJO secret. the result of this thought and of course the open knowledge that ShadowChaser could carry none other then her meant that many of the workers stopped what they were doing to watch the famous ship sweep by , several even pointed.
Thier route through the station was easily followed, Jet had been in similar stations in the past - although not this one in particular, at least not since it had been tasked with the creation of Prowlers.
Dipping under the same crossbridge as Taaru had earlier Jet imediately flips on her own camera's routing a feed to her passengers in the back, the elegant lines of Faustus is a sight she can't bear to let them miss. Although she had seen, signed off on and approved the ships designs seeing it in person confirmed what she had already known. It was a beautiful vessal.
Slipping along its side's she passes the crisp lettering designating it the Faustus and then glides easily downwards to roll under her belly and enter the hangers here with a few hisses of the thrusters Chaser settles in beside Rhapsody.

Miko is first on his feet, while Taaru is busy spooling down the Rhapsody's repulsors and engines, and apparently having an argument with Murphy.
He turns to Avery and offers her his hand, after she is done unbuckling herself from the crash webbing.
Commenting on the side: "A remarkable ship, I'd say."

Slipping out of it was easy and she stood to her full height, the heels even adding a couple inches. She pulled out Miko's jacket and after shaking it out first, she fit it back over his shoulders with a smooth movement and a quiet swoosh. Smiling, she picked up her bag in one hand and then pointed at his hand with the other.
"So you were serious about being my date then?"
A mischievous and teasing look crossed her face as she slid her hand into his warm palm.
"Fine... but you better treat me like a proper date. Nothing below the waist and I have to be home by 12."

As the two ships settled Aralee ran her gazes over each of them in turn, a slight twitch of her lekku the only disconcertable evidence at her nerves. She had good reason to be nervous to her way of thinking, not only had she been given captaincy of a new model in the Corellian fleet...but one in which some very important people would soon depart on a long term deployment. It was hard enough to captain a new crew - but to do so under the eyes of the Diktat and her inner circle promised to be exceptionally dificult.
She would just have to trust upon procedure to see her through, she reminded herself that although she was young she had served long enough and on enough Corellian Navy vessels to know what faced her and how to handle most situations. It was an honor to be chosen for such a ship and such a mission and Aralee was determined to ensure such trust in her abilities would not be misplaced. She would serve Faustus to the best of her abilities - just as she had served every vessel in her career thus far.
And so here she was waiting to greet the most important of those embarking on the Faustus, blue skin stood out in stark contrast to the Captains uniform she wore - but thankfully did not exactly clash with the fabric - something she was thankful for in the back of her mind.

As the hull ticked, and the ShadowChasers various systems were powered down Jet took note of those waiting to greet them wondering briefly just how such meeting would go. Taaru had not been happy at her choice of Captain - although Jet stood by the choice she had made and she was unsure if he had briefed the rest of his countrymen about her. If he hadn't...this could be interesting, although she was vaguely sure they were too disciplined to do anything too discouraging.
Flipping a couple of toggles as Ice reported on the Chaser's shutdown processes Jet lowered the Ramp to allow her passengers to disembark, checking her reflection in a reflective screen - despite the fuss earlier she seemed to have come through it in good form - her hair had stayed put, several curls artfully framing her face while the rest lay wound in an updo. she had not as she feared arrived looking like the creature from the Argrilat Swamp as she'd feared. Pity really..she might have been able to get out of this whole ordeal if she had.
As the ramp finished descending Jet could hear the muffled thumps of her passengers getting organized and delayed her own departure by reading over Ice's report, as well as a few encrypted messages which had been routed to her from the Mansion. She would let the others disembark first rather then add to the chaos in the back - or at least thats the reason she gave herself for delaying her appearance - damn social functions, give her a good war any day, at least there the rules and precedents were clear.
From within the ShadowChaser, Darren quickly organized the Corellians, sending them out in smart lines to form up on either side of the Chasers ramp.
