Luke smiled. I know, I know.. Storm and I haven't always gotten along, But I do not base my feelings about him on Freestrike's skills.
Sighing slightly. Perhaps we should maintain the Jedi way, keeping as separate as possible, Relations with the DJO could prove more useful in the end. But with that, the GA still stands on a bigger plot of land so to speak and over throwing the current COS is completely out of the question.

He nodded. "Yes of course. Overthrowing her would be a foolish mistake," he stopped, thinking for a moment. "But perhaps we should make our concerns about her position public. Just not the conventional manner."

Raising an eyebrow Master Kardel shot his gaze at Pat. Many of the battles being fought that past year or so have been completely political, and mediatrical.. I do not believe the Jedi have ever fought such a war Master Starkiller.

"It is not so much a war as it is a game," he stated. "One that I fear this girl is winning." Crossing one leg over the other, Patrick steepled his fingers in his lap. "I doubt we'll ever be able to convince her of our intentions, or lack thereof. I feel it best we either wait her out or attempt to expose her in some way. Truthfully of course," he added.

Dangerous it could be to wait. But I feel like if we do anything but wait and continue to offer up peace on our end, something much worse could arise. Thinking for a moment Luke stared off aimlessly.
Options may open up to us sooner than later.

Patrick smiled. "Ah, so you sensed it as well," he remarked. "Perhaps we should deal with our guests now, or we could listen to Jedi Skywalker's report on his actions on Zeltros."

Let's deal with our guest first. I Feel like hearing from Jedi Skywalker either before or after will prove helpful. Glancing at Anya and back at Patrick.
Unless you rather speak to Taegan first.

"Very well," Patrick conceded. He clicked a button on his arm chair, informing the guards on duty to allow the visitors to be allowed entry into the council room once they arrived.

Mercy made her way into the council chamber's followed by the two guest she had escorted from the hanger bay, glancing at Anya,Pat and Luke she focused her attentions on Luke the most - it was to him she had the greatest connection and so he would be her focus to the other two and ensure none of her emotions leaked through to the stranger's. Extending her emotions outwards she presented to Luke - and hopefully through him and his connection to the others and emotionally colored outline of the two guests, she impressed suspicion and mistrust through the force in waves, and although she did not turn around to acknowledge it she painted a clear picture of danger around the datapad, recalling and focusing on the memory of their strange sa of it and hoping that Luke would pick up on it and her reasons for lettng them keep it this long.
Smiling brilliantly Mercy waved her hand towards the council and introduced them in a cheerful friendly manner.

Bames and M'ddie followed Mercy into the Council Chamber without answerin her question. Looking around at the gathered Master's they both hoped that they would be able to accomplish what the Admiral had sent them here to do. M'ddie stood with his hands to his sides and the datapad now all but forgotten in his grip. Bames, stepping to Mercy's right addressed the Council, "Jedi Masters as I'm sure you're aware we were brought here before you because our ship malfunctioned just outside of your system. Before I explain further however I must be assured that their are no listening devises hidden here. While I'm sure you would not condone them I would be very grateful if you would allow my esteemed colleague here to scan for them." He gestured at the Gran as he finished.

Luke pinched at his lips with his fingers as he studied the men that entered with Mercy. Standing from his seat he greeted them with a slight Bow. And was about to speak when Jedi Freestrike's impression painted him an image of her feelings about the situation. Smiling he raised his hand towards her. Thank you Jedi Freestrike for bringing us our guests, you may be dismissed.
Luke paused a moment while Mercy left and returned his gaze to the gentalman speaking. I can assure you that there are no such 'bugs' in here. But I am not someone you know, so my word could mean very little to you. Please feel free to scan this room.
And while you do so let me present Jedi Master Skarkiller, And I am Luke, Master Luke Kardel.

Patrick nodded to the visitors when Luke introduced him. "Please excuse Master Halycon," he said as Anya left the room. "She has a prior engagement she must attend to. Master Kardel and I will be speaking for her during this meeting."

Giving his thanks to Master Kardel and his understanding to Master Starkiller Bames gestured to M'ddie to do a simple scan with the advanced intel datapad. The Gran aimed it various places around the chamber and didn't get a signal out of it yet. Shaking his head in the negative he dropped the entire pad into his back pocket. Thanking the Master's their indulgence again he explained, "Thank you for allowing us the verification. You see we are not as we made it seem members of a shipping company. We were infact sent here by Admiral Gor Vultack the Director of the Galactic Alliance Intelligence Services. He asked us to come here to Ossus that we might discuss with you among other things the anti-Jedi sentiment recently brewing in the Senate. Before we do however be aware that while we do genuinely extend our hand in friendship and equality our agency does answer to various councils and ulitmately the Chief of State whom is not quite as... accepting of this institution." The man clasped his hands behind his back watching the master's reactions to his announcement.

Luke returned to his seat. Listened to the man and nodded while he spoke, Once or twice he looked over at Pat to clean what he could from the other master. When The man had finished speaking Luke lifted his hand in a continue motion. Please then, let us discus. The Jedi are looking for ways to keep our relations suitable for the GA, and for your CoS. We have long been an ally and hope to always remain one.
