Luke returned to his seat and flattened out a crease as they waited. He chewed at his lower lip, deep in Mystical contemplation.

There was only one reason they would call on her... It was the irony of the universe. Sometimes it felt as if that was what her life ran on. She slowed to a trot and finally to a walk as she reached the door of the council chamber. Her steps slowed to a stop and she closed her eyes briefly, schooling her face and her mind so that no emotions would spill over. With a few quick tugs, she straightened her shirt and her tchin twitched in brief agitation as the droids slowly opened the chamber doors to let her walk inside.
She dipped into a bow before the three Jedi. "Masters. I was summoned?"

Patrick leaned back in his seat as Qyren entered. The holo display having powered down, he looked at the girl over his steepled fingers. "Yes we did Learner Leret," he said politely. "I and the other Masters have decided that it is time you take on a more active role within the Order."

"Do you believe you are ready for such a role Qyren - it will mean quite a bit more responsibility both here in the Temple and to the greater Galaxy - no longer will you merely be a inhabitant of the Temple..but will represent the order to the outside Galaxies, a Galaxie that is not completely Jedi friendly these days I might add" Anya asked the young girl, although a smile was on her face and Anya's one seemed easy going enough there was an underlying seriousness to her question.

Qyren straightened slightly as she was addressed, looking intent. She had been correct. As Master Halycon spoke, Qyren's eyes travelled to her and her face reflected the seriousness of the query rather than Anya's smile.
"Yes, Master. I am ready."
She wasn't one to speak out of turn or at any great length-- she wasn't much of one for speaking, really, unless there was something to say or a question to answer. The Council thought on every decision with great deliberation, and Qyren had no doubt that they would place her with a Master well-able to provide the knowledge Qyren would need to become a capable Jedi Knight.

Luke brought his eyes up and locked them with this Qyren Leret's. We are assigning you a master, as you may have guessed by now. It is a trying time, and like muscle you will be torn down to be rebuilt, stronger than before. It's not easy, but you should be excited non the less Learner.
And now, for the fun part, we have decided the Jedi best suited for the job will be Jedi Freestrike, I'm sure you've heard of her. Master Kardel glanced at either other Master.
That's all.. Padawan Leret, You may go now.

Qyren bowed deeply to the Council again. "Yes, Master Kardel. Thank you."
She turned and walked from the room with all the dignity befitting her new status-- and then some-- until she was down the hall from the chamber and the doors had long since closed behind her. Master Freestrike? For some reason that name filled her with a tiny sense of foreboding, but she pushed it aside. The Council would not have assigned her an unfit Master, and Qyren would never shirk her duty. She would make an excellent padawan and prove herself worthy of the rank, even if her new Master worked her to the bone. And she would enjoy every minute of it.

Returning to the council chambers, Luke found them empty for the time being. Taking his seat the Master pulled up the file on Learner Abog, there wasn't much so far, A simple profile and story of where he had been found and a few snippets on what he had told the Jedi Knight who had found him. Luke scratched his chin and closed the file, The force would have more to say on this Learner in time.
Bringing up the weekly holo-news from Coruscant, He mulled over the happenings in Senate, the debate on anti-force users raged on, Luke pondered what it would be like if the Jedi just pulled out of the public life, and lead normal privet lives, or, secret lives.. Again he scratched at his chin, he must not have forgotten to shave again, If the Jedi ran a private life here on Ossus, then who knows what the Sith might get into, but right now the Sith had been quiet, well, at least they hadn't attacked anyone recently, Luke doubted they would seen the Armored man again. But all these anti force talks could be the work of a Sith or dark jedi, not that it couldn't be a normal person, they were just as powerful in positions of government.. Luke sighed and leaned back in his chair, maybe they should just recall the Jedi to Ossus, do so heavy training with everyone, build up cities here of force users, and close themselves away until the Galaxy needed them once more.
Popping his neck the Master closed his eyes and folded his arms close to him, entering into the force through meditation, searching for answers and searching for a sign of action.

Abog walked through the halls, trying to find Master Kardel. He wanted to apologies for what happened. He still can't believe that the move he had done was a sith move. The one that the first Emperor knew. But Abog had never learned anything from the dark side. He aproached the door that lead to the council chambers. He wasn't sure if he was allowed in. So he climbed a wall and went on the ceiling. His finger nails had been toughened from the his time on Felucia. He had to be able to climb on plants and mushrooms in order to hunt, harvest, and escape. He quickly crawled on all fours on the ceiling into the council chambers. He was in the center of the council chambers now, hoping nobody could see him. He had always wondered what the council did. He saw Master Kardel and he was about to land softly on the ground. But then something happened. He held his hand out towards the holo thing and it turned on. On it a man said. "The body of two jedis have been found. There lightsabers are missing-" Abog began to have a chill crawl up his spine. His vision was true. He recognized the two jedi. The master and the padawan. He lost rip of the cieling and fell to the floor, cracking it some.
"Ow!" He yelled. Getting up and cracking his spine some. He looked towards Master Kardel and suddenly bowed. "I'm so sorry. I just wanted to come in here and appologies for what happened but I didn't know I was allowed in so I just snuck in here, I'm so sorry!" He said quickly.

She stared at the doors, and considered going in, then pulled back and considered the sign near the door.
"I am always going to wonder whose grand idea the bowing while entering was. Vade? Parcon? Was it always going to be a good way to keep me out? Didn't I just go in anyway?" She blinked, the answers drifting across her mind, then drifting away again before she could catch them and truly remember.
"Look at me. I can barely summon the concentration to move molecules, let alone a starship. I had a galaxy of information before me, and now I barely even know my way about Temple. And what's possibly worse, I've taken to talking to myself - which! Universe! is hardly a good sort of behaviour for a spy now is it?"
She fell to her knees, and stared at the doors. "I could open you. Right now. Break you down, or use this key, I don't care. I could open you and walk in and I will bow to no being, least of all Council, I never have."
She gripped her key, and considered using it, then closed her eyes, and felt the first real direct control on her emotions in years. "Oh, very funny Universe. Exceedingly droll. Take away my control, or give it all back and scale me down to bite-sized. Let me keep my Temple Key but not a thing else. Not my Saber, or the damn holo of my brother, just the clothes I was wearing and the key around my neck. Well I'm not going to look in there. Not yet. I'll go in if I'm summoned, but I doubt they'll call me. I certainly don't know who'd be in that room. If there'd be anyone in there, right now. I don't even know that."
She put the key back on the necklace at her throat, and stood.
"They shall call should they wish to know me." She turned to the hidden camera in the wall and stared into it directly. "Seek me on Ossus."
